• Because our products are perishable and made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Any issue with an order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photographs where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across the UAE with fast, reliable shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, with delivery times depending on your location. Enjoy free shipping on orders above AED 300. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Product Care & Shelf Life

To preserve the quality, flavour, and finish of your Bougie Bloom chocolates, store them in a cool, dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and strong odours. Secret Filling Blooms should be refrigerated. Please follow the storage guidance provided with your order. Our products have a shelf life of up to six months when stored correctly, or as stated on the chocolate packaging, whichever comes first.

Bougie Bloom chocolates are made using premium couverture chocolate sourced from Baker’s Mart UAE:

• Dark Chocolate Bloom

  Chocolate used: Pâtissier Dark 70% Chocolate
  Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin (E322), natural vanilla flavour.
  Allergy advice: May contain traces of milk, soy, tree nuts, and wheat (gluten).



• Milk Chocolate Bloom

  Chocolate used: Pâtissier Milk Couverture 40%
  Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, full-cream milk powder, cocoa mass, lactose, sunflower lecithin (E322), natural vanilla flavour.
  Allergy advice: Contains milk. May contain traces of soy, tree nuts, and wheat (gluten).



• White Chocolate Bloom

  Chocolate used: Pâtissier White Couverture 32%
  Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, full-cream milk powder, lactose, milk fat, sunflower lecithin (E322), PGPR (E476), natural vanilla.
  Allergy advice: Contains milk. May contain traces of tree nuts, soy, and wheat (gluten).



• Colours & Fillings

  Colours: Via Delle Arti fat-soluble food colouring powders. Ingredients may include permitted food colourings/colouring agents and dispersible colour lakes. Specific colour ingredients vary by shade.
